CHINAR provides a stable and nurturing environment for children in need, which encourages and equips them to reach their highest potential and effectively meet challenges in life. The organization's greatest strength is the expertise, energy and commitment that its board of directors, officers, advisors and volunteers bring to the organization. CHINAR operations have dedicated individuals behind them who are experienced in non-profit work and also bring with them decades of know-how in management; legal and information systems; social policy and development.
