Design 21: Social Design Network

A client of mine, The Community Foundation of Decatur/Macon County, has requested that my firm put together a marketing strategy that extends their followers/membership base (this is community based, population 90,000+). It has been an extremely challenging process and I'm hoping that I can get some suggestions on things that have worked for you with existing or past clients. This is somewhat of a tight budget so I can't go all out with billboards and magazine ads, yet I have sparked some free press and we are getting more hits/time spent on their current website, www.endowdecatur.org. I will appreciate your response and suggestions concerning this situation. Thank you!
