Introduction: Patients with low literacy in the United States have serious communication difficulties with their health providers. my mission is to facilitate the medical communication between health care providers and patients with low health literacy.
To brainstorm with specialists from NFP to explore more solutions for the issue.
To get more detailed information on health literacy issue.
To get the feedback on what I have done so far from more professional point of view.
To specify exactly where the issue lies in the medical communication based on case studies.
To examine existing solutions for the issue.

Procedures: My plan is I am going to present on what I have done so far in the first half of the session to get some feed back from the professional point of view. Then, based on that, I will go into brainstorming session with them to explore solutions for my issue.
