PRO·CRAS·TI·NATE |prəˈkrastəˌnāt; prō-| verb [ intrans. ] Delay or postpone action; put off doing something : "it won't be this price for long, so don't procrastinate."
DERIVATIVES procrastination |prəˌkrastəˈnā sh ən; prō-| noun procrastinator |-ˌnātər| noun procrastinatory |-nəˌtôrē| adjective
ORIGIN late 16th cent.: from Latin procrastinat- ‘deferred until tomorrow,’ from the verb procrastinare, from pro- ‘forward’ + crastinus ‘belonging to tomorrow’ (from cras ‘tomorrow’ ).
Basically procrastinating is to leave for tomorrow what you could perfectly do today. And procrastination is, I would say, a typical designer "pathology". Overall if he/she does not work for a studio or company but freelancing.
So procrastinators of the world, you are not alone. There are thousands of you out there and you are not lazy, you are sick! And there's only one way to heal: just do it! If you think you can do it today, you probably can. And if you think you should do it today, you probably have to.
So whatever it is, stop reading this post and go do it. You'll fell better!!!
