I do love the concept of what you are doing , although there are other alternatives that are more permamant than what you provide here. I am speaking of "Container housing", which is sweeping the architectural communities thoughout the globe. Below is a link to this style of housing and examples of this new concept, which can be a portable, more stable answer toward relief housing. Please do check this out, I feel that this could speed up the process toward disaster relif housing in any environment.
