Exploring the intersection of communication, culture & creativity.

My decade as a graphic designer overlaps with another as an academic in design – across diverse global locations including New Zealand, India and China. In 2007, while based in Berlin, I lectured across Europe and contributed to publications including Monocle magazine and the Guardian Weekly.

Areas I pursue professionally these days are communication strategy, cultural insights research (including collaborative investigation and digital ethnography) and co-design. I currently live and work at the edge of paradise in New Zealand, though continue to lecture and consult globally when possible.
