I'm a multidisciplinary designer and an Assistant Professor of Visual Communication Design at the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford.
In my work I examine how people interact with objects and environments and look for ways to expand the awareness of the physical senses to make these interactions aesthetically pleasing and functional for the greatest number of users.

I am the design strategist behind Water4india.org an interdisciplinary design project in northern India initiated by the University of Hartford Engineers Without Borders student chapter.
In the past, I also have been involved with Knowbility.org, which provides technology access for people with disabilities. I have been a volunteer, as well as advisory board member for their AIR Austin rally.
