Aging is inevitable, but we are able to adopt various habits and attitudes to promote a more youthful strategy to life. Specific foods are getting promoted for their health advantages and as anti-aging foods, for those of us who wish to attempt and turn back the clock- or at the very least slow it down. Consuming an apple per day will assist your digest program but it wont really turn back the clock. Or will it? Eat fruits and vegetables raw when achievable. Should you cook them, steaming will be the best way to go to keep all the anti-aging, anti-wrinkle antioxidants. At the same time, cut down on sweets. Steer clear of processed, refined foods and sugars, which can increase free-radical activity.
