Candy is an artist, designer, and urban planner who lives in New York City. She likes to make information more accessible and engaging through design and the creative use of public space. She is a big fan of cross-disciplinary collaboration and is into empowering citizens by improving the ways people communicate and share information. She has had the opportunity to work in Nairobi, New Orleans, Vancouver, Johannesburg, and New York City on community-based design projects.
She co-founded creative agency Red Antenna and was Assistant Art Director at The New York Times. She has a B.S. in Architecture, a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, and a M.S. in Urban Planning. Read her blog and see more of her at www.candychang.com!
