I was born and raised in East Granby, Connecicut. I have spent the last five years in New York, and will receive a degree from both Eugene Lang and Parsons School of Design next spring. Recently, I completed my senior thesis for product design at Parsons. The show is now at the Felissimo gallery. My project is called "The Simplest Form", and is a set of cards for immigrants that will help them learn to fill out standard forms they might encounter in the United States.

This year, I worked with the YMCA ELESAIR program in order to research my thesis. I attended many of the free evening English classes in order to discover the needs of the students. After many user testings, I decided to develop the Simplest Forms in order to help adult immigrants learn to fill out forms, and learn basic English they might need to know in order to live successfully in the United States.
