I am currently working with Bidna Capoeira an NPO that uses Capoeira as a tool for psychosocial therapy with refugee youth in the Middle East (currently Iraqi and Palestinian children).
in the past, I volunteered and worked in the teaching gardens of the Sustainable Food Center in Austin, TX to teach the basics of food security and healthy eating to grade school children.
