As a child I had three passions; animals, discovering the world and drawing.
I graduated at the Design Academy in Eindhoven in 1988 and worked for the furniture industry ever since. The first 15 years in The Netherlands and in 2004 I set up my freelance studio in Perth, Western Australia.
I lecture sustainable design at Curtin University.
