With a background in bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering went on to do a postgraduate in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad Graduating from NID joined as a partner in a collaborative effort to form a Special Effects Studio ”Digital Force” between 1999-2002. During this period he worked on various projects in special effects, production design, product development & design in the area of camera rigs and production rigs. Meanwhile explored and worked as an assistant cinematographer as well. Joined NID, Ahmedabad as a design faculty from 2002 to 2004. And continues to teach at various design schools in India. Founded “Sangaru Design Studio” In 2004. Photography and Filmmaking are his passions and always tries to create opportunities to explore these mediums to document the fascinating ways of Life in different regions and cultures.
