I work as a selftaught artist and designer. I started to paint in my childhood and with 13 years old I made my first official work, with Unicef, that were illustrations about Human Rights and Child Rights, that were published later, representing my country, Brazil. After that, I continued to paint and decided to make exhibitions. My first exhibition was in 2002, with 16 years old. And I complementary this field with many areas of design, specially graphic design.
My curriculum, with more details, can be seeing on the page of Saatchi Gallery, presented here in my page.
Organizations I Support / View All (2) Organizations
I support NPOs that in some way I worked in the past, in some level. Like for instance, for my first work as an illustrator, I did drawings for a book of Unicef (about Child Rights) that consisted in represent some characteristics of Brazil in this context and I continued to be in contact with the organization, observing their efforts to help my country in this field. Later, I developed some logos for social projects in Brazil: one for a campaign of a school where the students had programs to assist orphanages (Project "Adopt a Child") and then a project in the northeast of Brazil, that consists in visit patients of Hospitals and bring music and joy to them, called "Smile of Hope". I do these kinds of logos for free and always in some way I get involved in the projects, participating in some visits, contacting the founders and programming the best way to make them work.
