Some years ago upon seeing TV pictures of the earthquake in Turkey, I asked myself how I could help homeless people there and in other parts of the world.
Previously, I had designed a contemporary DIY garden summer-house ….. Eureka - the idea presented itself! Why not use such relatively cheap and easy-to-construct solutions in disaster situations to give homeless people, who are already having a difficult time, a more dignified and comfortable temporary accommodation?
