You seem to assume that the world has the same abundance of garbage that we do here. Do some research about how poor neighborhoods in poorer cities than our own relate to garbage. Yo may be surprised and may even come up withy something folks in other cultures can relate to. What are those white blotches? Be clear, to the point, with one dramatic message that shows some thought.
