Bankruptcy is no new news these days. After all the visible and invisible pressure on the congress from the creditors, they have finally tightened some bankruptcy laws. Many people now a day take purposely take up credit that they know they won’t be able to pay back. Then after filing for bankruptcy they avoid to pay back the debt. This is soon changing and students may not come so cheap after all.
