My name is Leda and I work as a freelance Designer in Abruzzo, a nice Region of Italy.

Currently my work is focused on different areas: Product & Furniture Design,Graphic and Exhibit design.

In 2007 I started a project research on SOCIAL DESIGN named Turtlefly Project www.turtleflyproject.com .

This method allows the design processes to the authentic attitude of person who lives in a temporary or permanent state of discomfort (learning disability, drug etc..)

Specifically, Turtlefly Project proposes models of experimental design to create Social Design Products in contexts such as Voluntary - No Profit Organizations and / or social enterprises which play organized craft activities.

The challenge is to bring out and enhance the creative ability of Person by directing it towards a tangible result, repeatable and shareable: a Social Design Product.
