Luisa Capua designs both objects such as lamps and accessories such as handbags for her label, Z'ATELIER www.zatelier.it. Luisa studied fashion design at university in Rome. Her studies and work experience bring a particular sensibility to the use of materials and different techniques. She participated in the 2002 and 2003 editions of Salone Satellite (design fair) in Milan, where one of her lamps, Mibag, was taken for production by the company, Modo, from Veneto. In 2005, her lamps, Girandola and Aquilone, were put into production by the company, Officina Crea, in Florence. Luisa Capua studied design and fashion graduating from the Academy of Design and Fashion in Rome. She has worked as a designer for various fashion houses. She created her own label, Z'atelier (www.zatelier.it), which specialises in handbags, hats, and lamps. Luisa's creations have featured in the 2002 and 2003 editions of the Salone Satellite di Milano, where her MIBAG lamp was put into production by the company, Modo. Since 2005, her Girandola and Aquilone lamps have been produced and sold by the company, Officina Crea.
