    Roger Martin is an innovator of education, business, strategy and design. He is working to transform education by creating and promoting integrative thinking. He authored this popular business phrase and as dean of Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto; he created and teaches a curriculum by the same name. His lectures and workshops to tomorrow's executives, and today's, help them develop a better skillset and bring greater value to their leadership positions. Business Week named Roger one of the top professors in the world and recently TimesOnline named him one of the top management thinkers in the world in their Thinkers 50 issue. His book, The Opposable Mind, discusses integrative thinking.

    Roger is active in the design and business communities. As one of the leading advocates of design thinking and a former lead straegist and co-founder of Monitor Group, Roger is working to more fully integrate design in the strategy process. Businesses such as Procter & Gamble, Blackberry RIM, Steelcase, Thompson Reuters, and The Skoll Foundation have benefitted from his strategic advisory. Roger is also devoted to issues such as corporate citizenship, leadership, sustainable innovation, executive compensation.incentives, country competitiveness and prosperity. A prolific speaker and writer, Roger writes extensively on design and is a regular columnist for BusinessWeek.com’s Innovation and Design Channel. He is also a regular contributor to Washington’s Post’s On Leadership blog and to Financial Times’ Judgment Call column.
