Design 21: Social Design Network

“Today, buildings have and will continue to become more complex, meeting stringent energy and environmental and other project requirements. Goals are impacting the process of designing, constructing, and maintaining buildings. Utilizing whole building design principles in an integrated design process seems to be the way to enable achieving these goals of any project and create high-performance buildings.” This is what I understood after working with Laurie Baker and since then I have been constantly searching for documents, case studies to understand the principles of Sustainable design. In my keenness to continue expanding on this knowledge, I have recently taken up the challenge of appearing for the LEED-India examination.
