                 contractors and clients to create award winning designs (AIA, 
                 THEA, Sunset Magazine, etc….) Creating lighting designs

01-1992 Walt Disney Imagineering, Glendale, CA. Tokyo, Japan Principal Show Manager/Project Manager

                Oversaw the development, design, construction and 
                installation of themed environments and events. Budgets 
                ranged from $10k to +$3 million.  Worked with a team of 
                designers, sponsors, vendors and fabricators.  Developed 
                ideas and concepts through modeling and mock-ups for 
                finalization of design. Determined scope of work and budget –  
                managed artisans and fabricators - integrated scenery, 
                lighting, sound, and special effects - managed quality control, 
                budgeting, personnel and scheduling.

        Designed and supervised construction of staging, sets and 
                lighting packages for trade shows, special events, and major 
                music tours.  Packaged lighting and sets for “Touring“, Toured 
                and supervised crews of up to 250 domestically/internationally  
                For: Apple, Pepsi, IBM, Buick, Rolling Stones, David Bowie, 
                Paula Abdul, Stevie Wonder, MTV Music Awards, Lollapalooza, 
                INXS, George Michael, Clinton/Streisand fund raiser...

Lighting Designer/Staff Technical Director

        During my tenure this 99 seat Community Theatre transformed 
                into a Performing Arts Center with a 300 seat main theatre and 
               100 seat “Black Box” space. Organized and supervised staff 
                first 3 years. Lighting designer for 23 productions.

        Course instructor for 4 classes, produced 4 productions in a 
                900 seat house each year.

Education San Francisco State University, CA. Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors; majored in Technical Theatre (lighting emphasis) minored in Television and Film, June 1984.
