I like it very much! However, it might help people give feedback if you write more about the dance studio and what you are trying to communicate through the logo.

First of all. I like this version much better than the second. The idea is great. ... it just needs to be pushed further.I like the fact that the shoes look illustrated vs. photographs. I would like the heart to be not so perfect. Try offsetting the shoes a bit. I would also like to see a less Scripty font that is easier to read. (S's specifically) Good luck.
