Design 21: Social Design Network

Travel and living abroad as I studied created both an innate travel bug and creative streak from such diverse inspiration. After a technical diploma in the UK and then a segway into visual design (up till then, an ignored yet obvious calling from years of successful illustrating). Couple of years freelancing led to the co-founding of InAfrica Foundation, a sub-saharan development organisation, in which I developed several design and brand projects.

Now fully realised and setup, I have moved on to study French and travel for a time to seek inspiration and understanding in regions I strongly feel, western media has left most of us with a somewhat skewed view. Should be an enlightening year, with an eventual return reinvigorated, to future development work.
