My interest in the construction of objects began with the discovery of mold lines on a plastic toy at age five. Prototyping wearable art is what I enjoy most about my chosen profession. From concept to production, I am involved at every stage of the design process.
As an independent designer I have freelanced for many clients creating corporate branding and customized 3D logos. The design services I provide consist of rendering master models, mold making and product development for jewelry, handbag and clothing designers.
Introducing my newest body of work: The ELEMENT Collection. Featuring the sleek, elegant simplicity of the Element Collar necklace, winner of Red Dot’s 2011 Product Design Award “Best of the Best”. This exceptional necklace warmly embraces the wearer in contrast to carbon fibre’s industrial applications. Tiny diamonds embedded within a depth of resin create shifting optics of dark luminosity as points of light play over the surface. While the Element Collar is a statement piece, the ergonomic shape of its concave inner plane makes for a comfortable exhibition of personal style.
