Born 1986 in Tel Aviv, Israel and raised in a small community in Katzir. Grew up involved in the family business of design and production. From a young age, Lee would go to her parent's factory every day after school to draw with her mother's wide markers on the cutting tables of the production line.
Moved to Hong Kong at age 12 and attended Island School. Being exposed to a diverse community of people and new languages was exciting and eye opening.
In 2005, following her high school graduation, Lee moved to New York City to attend Parsons School of Design, where she joined the department of Product Design.
I feel that the whole world is my home, and the people in it are my family. I am inspired by people, nature and technologies, with the hope that my design will make people smile.
I have a love for creation; forming something out of nothing, out of an idea or a thought or a sketch. I project the perfection that I aspire to onto the world, and therefore constantly try to improve and correct it. I believe that design can do that in many ways, but never alone. I would like to use design in conjunction with a wide understanding of political situations, health issues, education and physical difficulties to problem solve.
