What up Richard, I was reading through your blog and you and I have some parallels in our thesis ideas. I have recently begun to focus on disaster relief and helping aid people, particularly third world areas hit by disasters. The same basic needs of people you are looking to address become intensified in the wake of a disaster. I think some of the essentials to life you want to help benefit could help me look into my topic a little deeper as well.

I like the way in which you are taking on the issue though. I think your bottom up way of creating entrepreneurship and businesses within the developing areas you can generate more aid than simple top down money distribution. It reminds me of the proverb, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."

Man typing that makes me want to go fishing now. Stupid New York City and its lack of lakes.
