Design 21: Social Design Network

I am a design consultant, researcher, writer and educator in the creative industries. My industry background is in architecture, interiors, and brand consultancy (Wolff Olins, HOK, RTKL, Orange, Starbucks) and in academia I have been a lecturer, programme director and research professor in design management. I have written two books, ‘The Fundamentals of Design Management’ (AVA 2010), and ‘Design Management: Managing Design Strategy, Process and Implementation’ (AVA 2006), now a best-seller in 12 languages. I am now writing more on design's relationship to business, society and the environment. I live in London and regularly work with with universities, cultural institutions and companies across Europe, Asia and the USA.
