Mina Yamazaki

The founder and principal of Arc Design New York, Mina Yamazaki was born in Tokyo, Japan, educated in Los Angeles California, and built her career at AD Agency in New York City. She lives in Manhattan, New York with her kids, Reina and Christopher.
Mina's aim is to work on documentary projects. She is especially interested in the effects of all forms of artistic endeavor on social, cultural, environmental and security issues.
I believe the principles of good design are unchanging and universal. This sense of oneness is the key to good design no matter what form it takes, whether it be a museum exhibit, a brochure or an engaging Web site. Collaborating with others, benefitting from their specific skills and knowledge, always enriches my own work.
In Summer of 2009, she moved to Japan and currently she works at AD Agency in Tokyo. She would probably stay in Japan for a while.......
