To have diverse personal experiences is key for the creativity and knowledge of any designer or art director. I love to travel, meet new people, discover new perspectives and look for ideas in all aspects of life. I view design as an ever evolving and maturing process that requires an open mind and awareness. I'm fascinated by the complexity of human psychology and firmly believe that the future of advertising and design is closely connected to the abilities and skills we have to see beyond the obvious, understand better what influences us and how decision making works, the role sensory reactions play in the birth of experiences that involve both the conscious and subconscious.
I live and work in Minneapolis where I earned my degree in Advertising Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. There I was mentored by the legendary Nancy Rice and recieved four-year Presidential scholarship and Van Derlip award for achievement, and I hold One Show pencil and One Show Merit Award for design, and participated in the Client Pitch Competition as a finalist in 2007.
