Alexandra Aguinaga serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Global Media (AGM), an entertainment and media firm based in North America. She oversees key management and strategic decisions for the organization as well as the day-to-day operations.

Keenly focused on excellence and synergy in these diverse arenas, Aguinaga balances and directs the AGM operational teams in artist management, event productions, music publishing and content acquisition in film, literary works and new media.

In addition to working with independent record labels, she has also worked with high-profile clientele within some of the most well respected law firms; she has interfaced with major record labels, production companies, film studios and a varying array of figures in the music, film and fashion industries. Involved with the entertainment industry since 1999, her experience with contracts, music licensing and publishing in the entertainment arena provide her with a broad understanding of artists, consumers and the market.

Aguinaga is a Certified Paralegal, California Notary Public and is a member of Women in Music, International Music Managers Forum, and the National Notary Association.
