Alexandra Aguinaga serves as Artist Manager of Rogue Agency North America and as Group President / Chief Executive Officer of Rogue Entertainment Group Inc., an entertainment firm based in North America. She oversees key management and strategic decisions for the organization as well as the day-to-day operations.

Keenly focused on excellence and synergy in these diverse arenas, Aguinaga balances and directs Rogue Entertainment Group’s operational teams which include Rogue Agency International, Rogue Music Licensing International, Rogue Music Publishing International and Rogue International Productions Group in all phases of acquisition, development and management.

In addition to working with independent record labels, she has also worked with high-profile clientele within some of the most well respected law firms; she has interfaced with major record labels, production companies, film studios and a varying array of figures in the music, film and fashion industries. Involved with the entertainment industry since 1999, her experience with contracts, music licensing and publishing in the entertainment arena provide her with a broad understanding of artists, consumers and the market.

Aguinaga is a Certified Paralegal, California Notary Public and is a member of Women in Music, International Music Managers Forum, and the National Notary Association.
