Hello, my name is a Paul Thurston, I’m an experienced design consultant specialising in user centered design. I currently head the design team at thinkpublic where I work on projects that improve and innovate people’s experience of public services.

Over the past few years I have consulted on service design, communication and ethnographic research for organisations such as The NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement, NESTA, The Department of Health, Design Council and The Qualifications & Curriculum Development Authority.
