Through her travels, photography, and philanthropy, Deborah Bassett is dedicated to promoting the awareness of crucial social and environmental issues. A graduate from The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, she is fluent in both French and Spanish and possesses a distinct understanding and deep appreciation of peoples and cultures. A strong focus and passion for Human Rights Advocacy, Deborah has worked closely through the years with such organizations as The Clinton Global Initiative, Amnesty International, Habitat for Humanity, and The Buddhist Peace Fellowship and has documented and participated in various conferences, retreats, and relief missions around the world.
