Design 21: Social Design Network

Ty was raised in northern California near Tahoe. His family members instilled in him a passion for the arts and humanity. He attended Azusa Pacific University from 1997 to 2000, where he played basketball and studied art. Afterward, he moved to San Diego where a chain of events would occur that led him to his wife, Mande. Ty moved to Texas in early 2000, where he and Mande would spend the next 6 years. In the summer of 2006, Ty and his wife moved to China to bring hope to a battered people. While in China , Ty envisioned a company that could bring hope to an entire generation across the globe: Veritas. Ty returned to Denton, Texas in the summer of 2007, the base camp for Veritas.
