Its right that Design21 was serious about the rules, cause thats what rules are made for. I must agree that this result and these circumstances are very disappointing. Its kinda sad to see competitions being set up professionally but in the end do not turn out to work as promised. Nevertheless I would like to see the final choice, in the end it is not at all his or her fault that the rules have been broken.
