I started my career as a passionate painter and illustrator, but I was always distracted by a fondness for the emerging technology of the web. Advertising came as a natural fit, working at a small design agency in New York for clients such as Lenox Hill Hospital and Cushman & Wakefield. In 1998 I was asked to head up a new web development services initiative. My distraction then became a medium all its own, and a powerful revenue stream rocking the boat of many agencies industry-wide.
Since 2000 I’ve developed a great consulting career, covering graphic design, web design and illustration. I’ve worked with notable agencies, such as agency.com and The Joey Company, as well as servicing small companies directly. It has been very rewarding and I have been fortunate to work on several brands such Food Network, Motorola and Nair just to name a few.
Don’t worry I still paint.
