I have created, managed and directed advertising, interactive, packaging and branding projects for a wide variety of local and international clients across a diverse range of cultures (Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Holland) and industries (Government and Policy, Non-profit, Retail, Automotive, Banking and financial services, Consumer Products, to Entertainment and Media, Publishing, Printing, Editorial, Business Opportunity and Investment, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Education and Training). During that intensive, high energy, high pressured period, I succeed to position AMVON as one of the most awarded, independent creative agency in Macedonia, producing an incredible body of work in a very short time, winning Awards including Campaign of the year honors. Since there was so much to do, and so little time, I often did many things simultaneously, playing the role of Art Director, Designer, copywriter, on more than 40 important accounts (United Nations Children Fund, OSCE, British Council, SOROS (Foundation Open Society Institute), Peugeot, ProCredit Bank, Waz Media group, ERA group, Alsat Television and Radio, Life Radio, Institute Euro Balkan, Macedonian Telecommunications), producing at least 80 integrated marketing communications campaigns and creative use of media (ATL and BTL activities, offline and online activities), around 20 branding projects, and lead the creation and production of multiple graphic design projects like visual identities, packaging, web sites, annual reports, book of standards, brochures, and other collateral and PR materials (please see http://www.amvon.com.mk). I also functioned as a point person in external partners’ negotiations, strategizing business plans, cases and market scenarios on developing strategic business plans for new venture into consumers and business markets.

My 11 years professional experience covers extensive advertising, marketing, design and consulting practice in management of multiple accounts, long-term projects, implementation contracts, short-term assignments, drawing upon specialized experience in project design, monitoring and evaluation. I am fluent in MAC and PC platforms, Excellent professional knowledge (11 years) in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, Quark Express, Corel Draw and Macromedia Freehand (and Microsoft office), Intermediate knowledge (5 years) in Macromedia Flash and on line advertising and wed design and working knowledge in HTML.
My previous experience includes an art director and creative director career in local advertising agencies (Ovation BBDO and Profoto Marketing Studio), and freelance career in typography, package design, branding and photography, working on projects involving creative thinking, creative concepts, and brand design, following a Interdisciplinary studies of Journalism at the Faculty of Law in Skopje. I worked for clients such as BMW, Pepsi, Wrigley’s, Mazda, Mc Donald's, Xerox, Ford, Mercedes, Nike etc. (international companies as well as a big local and regional telecommunication, food and beverages, soft drinks, cosmetics and clothes companies).

I have the ability to combine the technical expertise, creative performance and cultural sensitivity with passion and dedication needed to work effectively in some of the world’s most challenging development environments.
At present I’m working on the creation of my dream: to set the standards for the new esthetics in new product development and re-branding of small to medium companies.

My working philosophy is simple: The only thing that I want is a chance to play and a chance to experiment, and a chance to create a playground for people with passion.
