I am sooooooo confused for that ...how come Design21 refused to add new entries after the deadline ......& in the first day in voting i saw the numbers of entries was 1603 .........the day after was 1606 then the third day was 1607 .....????!!!! ......... then how come they refused to add new entries ...could anyone give me an explaination ??? !!!
