Design 21: Social Design Network

The purpose of Grafitat is to emphasize the value of creativity and design in Ecuador. Throughout the country, Grafitat generates spaces to learn and Exchange information. Grafitat has become an important reference that stimulates the design community as well as illustrators, animators, artists, communicators, publicists, professors and professionals in the creative arts in general. Grafitat motivates professionals to expand their potential. By inviting the most important professionals in the world, Grafitat has searched to create experiences that enriches the participants’ talents. Guests are chosen based on talent and unique personalities within their fields. Through conferences, lectures, workshops and exhibitions spaces have been created for thousands of students and professionals in the most important cities of Ecuador. The most important educational and cultural institutions in the country have been involved in this process. The main objective is to expand this network and to reach out to more people interested in visual communication.
