TWiST : The Way I see iT Response

1. What is your #1 vision for change that will make it that way? Our global distance becomes shorter as the transportation becomes more advance; the time I spend for the transportation is 1/3 of the time that I spend time stay in my home. I would like to see the transportations become a useful public area. People might join to do certain activates when they are transporting. It is different from going to schools, shopping mall and etc; it is a event and space that happen to be in your traveling time.

2. After your #1 thing happens, how will everyone benefit? The benefit we get is to strengthen our social relationship between other people and our environment. The thing is, our transportations are so advance and quick that people tend to forgot about the experience of traveling. Their lives only exist either in school, home, office and few other locations. Though my vision, I want people to observe and realize the environments that they been though, even it is a place where cars will only stop for 1 minute. It is a very similar experience when you backpack traveling in other countries; the moment when you are on a subway in a strange country could be an unforgettable adventure in life.

3. Give some examples of what you can do to make your vision a reality. To start, it might require a group of people start doing an event. An existing example would be “Improv Everywhere”, it is an online community that had been doing interesting event in public...

Imagine the place where you spend most of your time each day – where is it? - In front of my computer.

Imagine it as you most want it to be.

1. My #1 vision for change that will make it that way: Spending time in front of the computer prevents you from doing other activities in the house/outdoors. I would like to have a way, a system that controls the house facilities (electricity, heating, solar panels, A/C, sprinklers, etc.) and by that saves energy / produces “green” energy, all controlled from my computer system.

2. After #1 vision happens. How will everyone benefit? Everyone will enjoy less pollution, pay less taxes/bills, waste less water, electricity, etc. While doing other activities, your “home control system” opens, shuts and distribute all the facilities of your house for you.

3. Examples of what you can do to make your vision a reality. In the meanwhile, as long as this system doesn’t exist, I can pay more attention, and make these “saving” actions part of my daily routine. It can start from shutting down my computer when I am done with it, be aware of the general waste of electricity and water in my daily routine and keep recycling my garbage by the known categories. When practiced frequently it becomes a routine!!

1. What is your #1 vision for change that will make your neighborhood that way? To be surrounded more by nature, but real natural areas, not ones that were designed and planted by ...

whats my Vision? Imagining the place where i spend most of my time__Imagine it as you most would want it to be.

1. What is your #1 vision for change that will make it that way? Better Airflow, through use of apt buildings having their aot entrance doors and all windows open, the air will flow throughout the building *2. After your #1 thing happens * The building will be using less energy because cool air will flow through based on open ventilation system rather than an electric based source 3. Examples of what i or me and a group can do to make a reality. By design of a screen door for apt buildings that provide safety from break ins yet will allow good air to flw through out the building

4. What is your #1 vision for change that will make your neighborhood that way? More enforcement to pick up after your dog 5. After your #1 thing happens how will my neighborhood benefit? by accident... I wont step on it, my neighbors wont step on it, guests would not step on it, tourists would not step on it 6. Give some examples of what you can do (or with a group) to make your vision a reality. Maybe specific areas on the side of the road zoned for pooping, it can run along side the curb between the sidewalk and the curb and maybe will even have some trees, dirt, or some way to use it as fertilizer.
