School My vision for change at school is small but necessary – I think that all of the product design shops (furniture, models, ceramics, etc.) should be open for longer hours during finals. This would presumably help everyone in product design to accomplish better quality work. To make this type of change a reality, the best thing I could do is join the student council and advocate for longer shop hours. I could also put together a petition to prove that the change was important to the community as a whole, not just myself.
Neighborhood To make my neighbourhood a better place, I would create more public spaces for art. Everyone would benefit from the aesthetic beauty, and it could help to create more of a community. One of the great things about the east village is Union Square, and the way people are drawn to all of the art, food, etc. going on around them. It would be amazing to create small spaces throughout the rest of the neighbourhood that could also draw gatherings of people together. To achieve something like this I could begin by mapping out potential areas of the neighbourhood that could sustain art in all different capacities. Some could be designated for fine art, while some could go towards live art, music, theatre, etc. I could then gather like-minded individuals and put together a neighbourhood committee to start advocating for the change.
Country My vision for Canada involves tweaking the education system to better integrate arts education into mainstre...

The place I spend most of my time is my apartment in East Village. Above all things I would like it to be newer, that would be my #1 vision for change. If it was renovated with new and substantial materials, everyone would benefit from the drop in utilities and maintenance fees. What we can do is to change the windows with safer and better insulating ones and using self cleaning, dust repellent paint and finishes, like Teflon for exterior surfaces.
My #1 Vision for my neighborhood would be for it to be cleaner with better garbage control. This would be in the benefit of everyone bringing the advantages of better pest control, cleaner and wider sidewalks and less odor. As the people of the neighborhood, we can help by wrapping our waste better, using proper garbage bins of adequate size and number, adopting garbage chute systems and keeping the street gardens well-kept.
When I imagine the world the way I most want it to be I have the #1 vision for change of global fair trade and peace. If this vision can become a reality, it would cause a positive shift in the global economy, empower the middle class and allow people to do the jobs they want to do. To make this vision a reality, we can support fair trade industries and support groups and parties with anti-war agendas.
The #1 vision for change that I want to work on is re-designing for the better world, seeing better opportunities in products and unfolding the opportunities while incorporating them into my designs.

Imagine the place where you spend most of your time each day. Where is it?
I spend most my time in my room. (Sharing program)
I have a lot of stuff stacking everywhere in my apartment like an old thrift shop and I always feel the urge of cleaning them and throwing things out. Unfortunately I am always too afraid to make the move because I would have to spend a century to clean up the whole room. I realize that I should not have bought too many things in the first place. As the result, I wish there is a sharing program in my building that people can share general items from pencils, vacuum, camera, to car. The superintendent will be the manager who will keep track the availability and condition of items.
After your #1 thing happens, how will everyone benefit?
The program is beneficial to individuals who can spend less money and get more living space while still have the access to items we want to utilize. The Program is a plus for building and communities who needs funds (access fee and maintaining fee) of renting items to renovate buildings or to sponsor group activities in the communities. The earth will be benefited because fewer materials and energy are consumed and needed while the eco system can recover by less pollution produced.
An organization can start promoting the integrity of sharing progr...

**Imagine the place where you spend most of your time each day. Where is it?** *My home is in the New York City. *
1- What is your #1 vision for change that will make it that way? The first vision I have for changing my home into an ideal place for me is to have every tool I need in order to work. I wish I had a big enough space to put all of the equipments I need for my own creations and school works such as a professional printer, little wood shop, little ceramic shop and huge worktable.
2- After your #1 thing happens, how will everyone benefit? Everyone, friends and classmates, can be benefited by coming over to work together in a more effecting way.
3- Give some examples of what you can do (on your own/ with a group) to make your vision a reality. First, I can build some more shelves with my friends to store most of my stuff on the wall in a neat way; therefore, I will have more space for my work studio. Second, I can find a part-time job to save some money for the printer.
4- **Imagine your neighborhood the way you most want it to be. What is your #1 vision for change that will make your neighborhood that way?** I wish my neighborhood could be more friendly and harmonious.
5- After your #1 thing happens, how will everyone in your neighborhood benefit? If everyone knows each other in the neighborhood, everyone will live happier and stronger. Also, there will be less crime since people in the neighborhood know how the dynamic is floating.
6- Give some examp...

Imagine the place where you spend most of your time each day where is it? On the chair
Imagine it as you most want it to be. What is your #1 vision for change that will make it that way?
A good piece of chair is really hard to find. Most of the people in the urban area spent a lot more time sitting than standing. For example: in art school, most of the people sit on the stool for the whole daylong and got the backache. Changing all the chairs to more ergonomic forms that will fits and support the spine. By doing so we have to put up a law for the chair design. Before the chair product came into the market, it has to have the ergonomic certificate to be able to sell in the market.
After your #1 thing happens, how will everyone benefit?
Everyone will be able to concentrate more on what they are doing, instead of bothering by their backache and will not need to put themselves in to a really bad posture what will further damage the spine anymore. This will reduce everyone’s percentage of getting back pane problems and further save money by not needing to go to the doctor.
Give some examples of what you can do (on your own / with a group) to make your vision a reality.
What people or I can start doing is to start with what ever the organization you are in to suggest them with the idea. By changing the chair, it will further helped to bring up the quality of working environment and people will be more motivate on their work. For example: if it’s for the s...
