AIGA Center for Cross Cultural Design (AIGA XCD) is hosting a design expedition to China. Join us October 17-31, 2009 as we travel into the heart of China’s flourishing design scene. Experience the country’s exuberance and witness its transformation from being the world’s manufacturer to becoming an economy where its creative spirit will drive the development of its own global brands. We’ll visit Hong Kong, Shanghai, Suzhou and will arrive in Beijing in time for the Icograda World conference. It’s a trip not to be missed.
The AIGA Center for Cross-Cultural Design (AIGA XCD) Chapter has been established to foster greater communication between designers across cultures, as well as a better understanding of the interwoven experience of design and culture in our lives.
