This proposal is not clear in its intent or communication purposes. I simply could not figure out what you intended result was and as a citizen of a developing/underdeveloped region, I actually found it to be highly patronising because the only message that I could attempt to interpret was that your focus might have potentially been on soliciting food aid, specifically bread. For clarity sake, bread is not a staple food in most underdeveloped or developing countries.
