AREA 17 is an interactive agency. We take an interdisciplinary approach — blending the practices of design, technology and branding — to create modern interactive systems.

AREA 17 also refers to the optical cortex of the brain where visual data is received, patterns are recognized and images are formulated. This is not a coincidence.

AREA 17 is located in New York City and Paris, France. We are independently owned and creatively motivated.

Our news

History

Founded on March 2, 2003, our aim was to create a company that offered the craftsmanship of a talent-centered studio and the service of a strategy-driven agency. This still holds true today.

We first started in New York City. Two years later, the Paris office was opened to further our mission and better service our international clientele.

Our agency
