There are no boundaries for the truth. At least it is what those Human Rights films show us. Behind barbed wires, police barriers, economical walls, war trenches, health limitations there is a story to be told.
The image behind the barbed wire is a representation of the power behind documentary films. The rounded rectangle is a visor / lens / screen. The eye is behind the camera, in front of the camera and at the same time projected on the screen.
For future applications the image inside the screen may be animated.
