The logo I designed is simple yet it captures the elements of the festival in its basic design. It is a film reel body housing a compass rose.
I believe that a compass accurately depicts "the field" all across the world without bias.
The film reel is a simple reminder of what the festival is about, documentary film.
The color is a neutral universally peaceful shade of aqua blue. This represents the humanitarian element.
