Logo - Stories from the Field

The logo is composed of 2 elements. An icon and the festival title. The font used for the title is the classic sans serif font “Frutiger”which is clean, simple and timeless. The icon consists of a few elements which represent what the festival is about. Elements: the peace dove (which is on a filmstrip), the number eight (the eight Millennium Development Goals) and the letter S (stories). These are the main concepts behind the logo, but there’s also room for different meaning and with the use of color.
