I suggest that some kind of saving box that is for "Infrastructure", " Construction cost of temporary housing " , "Labor cost of victims" and so on.
The merit of this suggestion:
1.It can clarify the use of donation money, and
2.unify most of saving boxes in same standards.
Commonly merit of these are that can be reassured in donating.
