This entry for the Handicraft Excellence logo was based on essential tools of making: measurements (increments), guides (straight-edges) and marking (pencil/chalk). The face alludes to architectural craftsmanship and the graphic weights and colors encourage interest and legibility. The numerical value allows continuation and shifting graphic flexibility in UNESCO's Award of Excellence program.
