Poster for 2010, International Year of the Rapprochement of Cultures
The poster’s strong foundation is the intercultural dialogue and diversity shown through human figures ‘moving forward’ to establish a harmonious relationship. In the A1-sized poster the people will be distinctly seen - as they move from left to right, they gradually get closer to shake hands.
The two human heads intersecting reflect the need of intercultural understanding for a more peaceful world. The glowing center of this inter-cultural knowledge is depicted through a multitude of colors as opposed to people in the other parts of the poster. All cultures in the world must share this rich understanding of cultures for harmonious coexistence.
